Based in the west-end of London, we work Nationally (Scotland, Wales, Ireland and England) and Internationally – as far afield as Australia and the Far East, although primarily In Europe. Only a third of all vacancies are within the South East of England.

Our advertising appears in the trade, regional and national press, as well as on the internet.

Our Consultants undertake regular training and are not paid commission. Their remuneration is primarily basic salary.

Our service is personal. An individual consultant will be assigned to work with you. For multiple assignments and major clients an account manager will be appointed for the team.

Code of practice. We have an ethical approach to business and a strong moral code. We do not headhunt placed candidates, nor do we headhunt from clients

Most interviews are face to face although for expediency some are by telephone. Whatever methodology is used we will interview in depth, and can apply profile analysis or competence based techniques.
