To £23K Basic + Bonus
Our client is an award winning Telephone Fundraising agency based in London.
They are looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage a team of telephone
Fundraisers making outbound calls on behalf of many of the large national
Charities in the UK. This role is all about getting the very best from your
team and ensuring that they hit targets, have set development plans and achieve
campaign goals in a compliant manner, In return my client can offer great
opportunities for development in a positive and inspirational environment.
Experience of managing teams of Telephone Fundraisers would be great - however
my client will also consider Team Managers with a background in outbound
campaign management, ideally within Contact Centre Outsourcing. London. |
