We are looking for a Junior Data Planner on behalf a leading Integrated
Marketing Agency to work on major CRM & loyalty programmes for a broad mix of
clients - from travel to automotive to FMCG.
Working closely with other members of this close knit team, the role will be a
key component in the development, planning and execution of data-driven
marketing campaigns & strategy across both conventional and digital channels.
The role will scrutinise a broad array of data sources (CRM / Customer Data /
Digital / Social / Surveys / etc) to identify actionable insights to drive
strategy, communicating these to both data-driven and non-data audiences both
internally and externally.
You'll work closely with other disciplines within the agency (comms planning /
account management / etc) and be client facing - therefore well developed
communications skills are critical.
In terms of background it is likely you will have experience working with CRM
and Customer Data within a marketing environment - ideally within a Digital
Agency, Customer Engagement Agency or Data Consultancy.
