Our client are a management consultancy, part of a major integrated marketing
agency group, who specialise in the development of in-depth customer engagement
strategies through loyalty, CRM and contact / campaign strategy planning.
A new position within the agency, brought about by continued growth of clients,
your brief will be to support the development and delivery of insightful and
actionable customer analysis on behalf of group clients - ranging from major
retail companies to the leisure, travel and gaming industries.
Working in a client facing capacity, you'll need excellent relationship
management skills together with strong talent for analysis, evaluation and
insight.. The role is broad and you'll be touching on a wide spectrum of comms
channels - from social & digital to traditional direct marketing campaigns.
We're looking for someone who has experience manipulating data and undertaking
analysis, likely (but not limited to) within a data consultancy or DM Agency
environment. Likely to have a mathematics orientated degree (Maths / Physics /
Stats / etc), you'll be conversant in SAS (ideally SAS Base) to an advanced
level. An interest and passion for gleaning insight from data is an essential
part of the role.
