We are looking for a CRM Analyst on behalf a leading Integrated Marketing
Agency based in Central London.
Providing campaign analysis and reporting on behalf of a major new CRM &
loyalty programme being developed for a leading FMCG brand, we are looking for
someone with c2 years plus crm / customer analysis experience.
You'll be conversant in using SQL to run queries and will need to have worked
customer data in a digital environment (for instance eCommerce transactional
data). Critical to the role will be hands on experience setting up reporting
and dashboarding using the Adobe Analytics suite.
- CRM / Customer Analytics experience (Client / Agency or Marketing Services
- Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
