Our client are a major outsourcing and customer experience specialist who work
on a global level with blue chip organisations across most industry sectors.
The client are looking for a heavyweight marketing agency client services
professional with experience managing global (particularly EMEA) accounts
within FMCG / Consumer Goods who will be the key point of contact across a
Pan-European account for one of the most prestigious brands in the CPG
The successful applicant will be leading a London based team, as well as
coordinating with local agencies and liaising with the client across more than
fifty markets. You'll need to have in-depth experience in running day to day
operations, be comfortable owning significant revenue streams, have strategic
client development skills second to none (able to build a true strategic
partnership with the client) and with a keen eye for organic revenue growth.
You'll likely be at a Business Director level or equivalent within a major
marketing agency and will be looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a
significant account. You'll need to display a strong grasp for all things
digital and social and how consumer brands can engage with the customer in the
