is an opportunity sitting within the group customer insight function;
supporting customer engagement across all marketing channels through the
delivery of insightful analysis and reporting, together with management of key
data feeds into the company's SCV database.|
A background in database marketing is essential for the role, with hands-on
experience in Faststats (or an equivalent campaign management tool). You'll
have strong Access/Excel skills and ideally will have had some exposure to
SAS. Adobe Analytics experience would also be valuable.
