Our client are a leading loyalty marketing agency, who work extensively on a
global scale with prestigious high end retailer organisations. As the agency
moves from strength to strength, there is now an opportunity for a Campaign
Analyst to join the business, working on major customer campaigns.
The agency are looking for someone with a strong technical background with
experience in IBM Campaign (this is essential), who will have experience
working within a marketing agency or equivalent. A high level of data
literacy is essential and you will be able to work with the account management
teams to plan data campaigns, ensuring all customer targeting is relevant and
meets key campaign criteria.
In addition to having first rate technical and campaign selections skills,
you'll have well developed communication skills (both written and verbal) and
be able to work closely and effectively with both internal teams and external
client contacts. You'll also have a real eye for detail - able to QA campaigns
to ensure the highest standards of service and delivery.
You'll have a real passion for all things data and CRM and be looking to join a
marketing agency who are highly regarded in their field, where you can build
your career within campaign development, reporting and analysis.
- 3-5 years recent data-driven marketing experience within a customer
engagement or loyalty marketing agency (or equivalent).
- High level of data literacy
- Campaign planning, selections and execution
- Strong technical expertise including;
- IBM Campaign (Unica)
- SQL coding
- Advanced Excel
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Keen interest in CRM, Loyalty & Customer Engagement
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ESP systems & third party email delivery systems
Digital Analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc)
