Analyst
To £25000 Basic
Our client is a leading International Contact Centre Outsourcer with multiple
sites in the UK. Working at their Peterborough site, the role holder will take
responsibility for the daily, weekly and monthly reporting that goes to their
Client. They will also provide a detailed forecast of the number of people
needed in the operation on both a short and long term basis as well as provide
analysis and insight into the results coming from the contact centre. The
Resource Planning Analyst will be the key point of contact for all things
related to resources, analysis and WFM matters and as such this is an important
role within the operation.
In terms of who we are looking for, you'll be an experienced Resource Planner
from a Contact Centre background and familiar with WFM tools. You'll have good
experience of producing reports and have a strong understanding of contact
centre data and how to interpret it. A knowledge of contact centre regulatory
and compliance requirements is highly desirable! Peterborough. |
